All the staff was amicable and attentive, fixed my issues. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-designed and included an air conditioner, a living room, and a mobile etc.

The staff were amazingly nice and amiable and the location was marvellous in the valley. We loved the stay, my room was extremely spacious with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, for instance.

It was short walk to Crete, less than a hour by car from Chania and Heraklion and the different beaches, magnificent location overall. We thoroughly enjoyed how close it was to Mary's Shell.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay in a long time. We enjoyed this hotel, it was luxury and clean. Stayed for 7 nights, the staff was competent and hard-working during all this time. Its location was peaceful close to the sea.

Overall comfortable and intimate hotel, I came here with my kids. All the staff were pleasant, amazingly nice. The location a short walk from the beach was impressive. Btw, went to city centre, located just a short walk away from the venue. The indoor restaurant was outdoor, they served lovely food;)))
