The staff were very amiable the whole time of my stay. Quiet and prime location so close to the beautiful sea, Rethymno Mare and water park again, and the restaurant, I felt safe.

The place was neat, I booked the twin/double room with sea views, everything was great. I greatly enjoyed the hotel's pool bar. The team provided an EXCELLENT service. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a really comfortable area, short walk to Rethymno Mare, the ocean and water park. I have stayed in suite with comfy double bed, a balcony, as example for 7 nights. The property staff were really helpful and extremely patient. The location turned out to be quiet. Also, The Monastery Arsaniou was 3 km away.
Definitely, there was food missing.

Pleasant overall experience. Secure hotel with caring and incredibly attentive staff and wonderful views of the sea and the ambience of the venue. Personalised customer care, parking onsite. Not to mention free wifi! Magnificent setting, near Rethymno Mare and water park, the town centre and water park. The family ambiance in the pool bar.

ilios tavern, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. there's pool. a few steps away from skaleta market and other city attractions. it is near the airport.
