The staff was superbly friendly and excellent and solved our problems immediately. We had a spacious bedroom. The food was fabulous and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu.

I had comfortable bed and gates in the good-sized and practical. A bath in the brand new bathroom was super awesome. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel was well-kept and nice little and placed in a traditional-style building.
They asked to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to get access to the net, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The breakfast was included, I enjoyed it. The room was kept very clean and available with balcony. The location turned out to be great and beautiful, near the beach, a good bakery and a patisserie and the sea and old town.
Had a problem with the air conditioning, it did not work.

The room we had included a safe box, central heating, and a TV. We liked having a bath. The location was marvellous and incredible, really close to the Nea Chora Beach, Chania venetian harbour, and the beaches and old town, and the view was lovely.
