Kind and polite staff and the place was clean. Got the same family room booked online with an amazing seafront view and hot tub plus nightstands. The decor was convenient and the atmosphere was family. The hotel has marvellous location really close to restaurants as well as the center of Rethymno.

That hotel was in an absolutely perfect and marvellous location, by the sea. Further, it was adjacent to the center, the coast and the restaurant, at the pool, and at the beach. The rooms were cool and brand-new, included a private safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. We could see garden from the window.
