The location was best possible - just off the Beach Restaurant, Minos bars, and the beach bar and along the coast path. I got tasteful breakfast with sweets and fruits, for instance.

well presented food served, tasteful breakfast. all in all marvellous and beautiful setting just off beautifully palm tree studded gardens, swimming pools and accommodation 'bungalows' and the el greco. the pool area is amazing too.

The place was overall clean and nicely decorated, it had accommodating and really friendly staff from cleaners through to management. The location offered was beautiful just off Crete and the Aldemar, the Minoan Civilisation and Heraklion and the Symposium restaurant. We went out for dinner, found The Big Blue, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Loved the a la carte restaurant for lunch.

The room itself was high standard with the balcony, the mini bar and all comforts and the breakfast was tasteful. Everything seemed very good, immaculately clean and the staff were extremely helpful and very amiable people who went above-and-beyond customer service.

We loved the bungalow which was newly remodelled on arrival-really nice touch. A jacuzzi and a bidet were very handy. The location of the hotel was fantastic and beautiful - relatively close to Sarantaris beach. Also, the area was beautiful. Everything was simply beautiful.

Well-kept hotel and admirable service. Helpful, very amiable staff towards all guests. Recently refurbished and large units on the balcony. Best possible, incredible location in the very green area. A la carte restaurant with excellent cuisine. The pool area is lovely too. Thoroughly enjoyable overall experience.

Hotel's close to main attractions like Sarantaris beach. We enjoyed service and food. We recommend you to eat at Saradari, that is set 300 metres away. Service was ADMIRABLE there.
