Exceptionally comfortable bed in guest room with a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. Brilliant location for our visit to a state-of-the-art museum approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

We asked for the twin room with comunal bathrooms and it was ready when arrived. Having a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was easy and decent, close to old Venetian port.

Nothing to complain about, I had a relaxing stay and would book here again. Good little hotel, the idea of having economy double room was great. The location was magnificent for walking around Lion Square. The property was a fine base for enjoying a residential area. The staff I met were excellent and efficient. And I really enjoyed their friendliness.

The total experience was pleasant, I recommend. I came to Heraklion for a stopover - everything was perfect. The location was magnificent and brilliant, within easy walking distance of a state-of-the-art museum. It was across the safe area. The idea to include coffee & tea making machines and fridges in the guest room was nice.

It was excellent stay, I would stay here again. Brilliantly helpful staff, comfy room, in general I enjoyed this PLEASANT hotel. Simply stunning view, a spacious balcony, large bed, too. Welcoming service overall. Walking distance to a supermarket and shops across the street. Had wonderful dishes in a magnificent restaurant.
