we both loved it, the place is nicely designed and modern and suited fine. the location was marvellous and perfect on everything else in the are, near a port. also, we saw liverpool castle, based at a moderate distance from the venue.

Our twin/double room was new-fashioned, neat. The bathroom was best with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, close to port, convenient to go everywhere. The staff were amazingly kind and efficient.

The location couldn't be more perfect very close to the pier. What's more, it was short walk to very nice location close to the airport as well as the direct flight path of Heraklion airport.

Nicely designed and stunningly beautiful venue, easy location close enough to the airport and the port, the ferry port and the most furnished supermarkets in Irakleio, greatly enjoyed our stay. Overall it was clean and absolutely fabulous with sofa. The stuff was welcoming and courteous in all services.
The staff we met were extremely rude.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice for Heraklion, right by Heraklion, Close to the airport and the city center. The quadruple room was well furnished and soundproof with sofa, so that guests had essentials.
