It offers exceptional service. The family room is generous sized and has an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The location is peaceful and reasonable and personnel is competent.

The location was quiet and beautiful, very close to the center, lovely gardens amidst lots of palms and carob trees, and beautiful tree canopy shaded areas, open air cinema and more and easily accessible. And it was not very far from an award-winning oceanarium. The classic double room had all necessary amenities. A work desk, multi-channel television, and a seating area were there too.

All of the staff were exceptionally attentive. The position of the hotel was perfect and exceptionally nice, directly opposite the island of Spinalonga.
