Spotless, new-fashioned room with a private bathroom and a drier, a shower cap, and bath sheets. Really tasty breakfast with a huge variety of reasonably priced foods. Particularly nice views of street, very, very nice staff.

We spent an exceptional time here, 100% recommend to anyone. The hotel was exceptional, and overall clean, and the location was perfect and quiet in the renovated area big difference. The apartment room was included with balcony, shower and a nice view.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, just off the beach, supermarket, restaurants and a short walk to the old Town, downtown and Old Town and other restaurants. The quiet atmosphere created by the well-trained and extremely helpful staff. The service was excellent, the breakfast was warm and really tasty. Wake up service and ironing where provided for free. Central location was a plus. Besides, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Rethimon Hafen.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

Outstanding stay, as always. Everything was amazing, really caring staff, ideal location just next door to the beach and downtown, the city center as well as the beach, and shops. Good sized bright rooms, very comfy bathroom, warm breakfast. With a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The breakfast had a great selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. The employees were very, very nice and welcoming and offered nice services. Location : the hotel was just next door to local restaurants, Close to sea and whole Crete. Also, Venetian Harbour was situated just 1 km away.

The hotel property was truly exceptional with peaceful location short walk to the sea and restaurants, the beach, supermarket, restaurants and a short walk to the old Town and the supermarket. Reasonably priced rooms, bright and good sized with balcony.
Wi-Fi was very poor.
